1. Agreement and merchant identity

These Terms of Service / Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tppgpn.com and purchases made through it. The store is operated by DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED (達岸飾品有限公司), Company No. 3120723, trading as TPPGpn (“TPPGpn”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered address is RM4, 16/F, HO KING COMM CTR, 2-16 FAYUEN ST, MONGKOK, KL, HONG KONG.

By using the store, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the store or submit an order. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to lawfully enter into a binding purchase transaction and provide accurate, current and complete information. You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with store operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; use automated means to extract content or place orders without permission; submit false, misleading, unlawful or fraudulent information; impersonate another person; infringe rights; introduce harmful code; or use the store in a way that harms TPPGpn, customers or third parties.

3. Product information

Review the product-specific dimensions, materials, included components, intended use, and care or installation instructions. Lighting electrical specifications apply to the identified lighting model only; blanket materials and canvas-art options are described on their own product pages. Product photographs are illustrative and screen settings can affect perceived colour. We remain responsible for goods meeting their description and applicable mandatory requirements.

4. Pricing, availability and corrections

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market: USD for the United States, EUR for the European Union, and GBP for the United Kingdom. Review the currency and final total shown at checkout before paying. Product availability, descriptions, prices and promotions may change. Despite reasonable efforts, a listing may contain a typographical error, inaccuracy or omission. Subject to applicable law, we may correct the error and change or update information, including after an order is submitted. If a material error affects your order, we will contact the checkout email address before dispatch and explain the available options.

5. Orders, payment authorization and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not automatic acceptance. Payment methods available for an order appear at checkout and are handled through Shopify and the payment providers presented there. An order may be subject to payment authorization and review for fraud, unauthorized use, an error, product availability or delivery feasibility.

We accept an order when we dispatch the product or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Before dispatch, and subject to applicable law, we may decline or cancel an order if there is suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, a material pricing/listing error, product unavailability, inability to service the stated address, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Shipping, delivery and taxes

Delivery by destination

European Union and United Kingdom: The EU and UK delivery terms apply to eligible blankets and canvas wall art offered for the selected destination. The EU service area comprises all 27 member states. UK orders ship from the United Kingdom; EU orders ship from Italy. Free Standard Shipping is estimated at 4–7 calendar days from ordering, including 1–2 days processing and 3–5 days transit. Processing and delivery operate on weekends and public holidays.

United States: Our existing U.S. service covers the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. It excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and outlying islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau. U.S. lighting orders ship from Hong Kong. Made-to-order canvas wall art is fulfilled by our production partners. Free Standard Shipping normally takes 1–2 business days processing plus 5–7 business days transit, for an estimated total of 6–9 business days.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market: USD for the United States, EUR for the European Union, and GBP for the United Kingdom. Review the currency and final total shown at checkout before paying. For accepted orders to our supported destinations, applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable, import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance costs are included in the displayed product price or covered by TPPGpn. Standard Shipping is free. These mandatory merchant charges are not added above displayed product prices at checkout or delivery. Valid discounts reduce the payable total.

If checkout unexpectedly adds such a charge, contact info@tppgpn.com before payment. If a carrier requests import charges, send us the order number and notice so we can arrange settlement. If already paid, send the receipt for verification and reimbursement. These charges will not be passed on to you. Independent currency-conversion or other bank fees are not collected by TPPGpn.

7. Cancellation, returns and warranty

1. Prompt cancellation requests

You may request free cancellation within 12 hours after ordering by emailing info@tppgpn.com with your order number and a clear cancellation statement. Eligibility is based on when you send the request, including weekends and holidays, not when support replies. We confirm cancellation and arrange a full refund to the original payment method.

2. After the first 12 hours

Contact us promptly. We will check whether preparation or dispatch can still be stopped. Our operational ability to stop a shipment is separate from your statutory rights.

3. EU and UK withdrawal rights

For eligible EU and UK online purchases, the 12-hour service window and dispatch status do not remove the statutory right to withdraw. You may give a clear withdrawal notice before delivery or within 14 days after receiving the goods. Our approval is not required for a valid notice. Follow the regional Return & Refund Policy for return instructions, applicable costs, the optional model cancellation form and statutory refund deadlines.

4. U.S. orders after dispatch

For U.S. orders, the commercial pre-dispatch cancellation service ends at dispatch. Eligible delivered goods may be returned under our U.S. commercial return policy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

5. Order changes and merchant cancellations

Contact us immediately to request an address or order change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact the checkout email address. If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Returns and support

Our commercial return window is 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer, who arranges the label and postage. There is no restocking fee. We arrange and pay applicable return costs directly for our errors, damage on arrival and defective goods as required. Free outbound delivery does not make voluntary return postage or customer-requested exchange shipments free.

EU and UK statutory withdrawal: For eligible online purchases, you can notify us within 14 days after receipt and send the goods back within 14 days after notice. Notice does not require prior approval. Inspection of goods and legally required refunds are governed by the regional terms in our Return & Refund Policy. The additional commercial return conditions do not restrict these rights or remedies for defects.

U.S. commercial returns: Eligible change-of-mind items must be unused, uninstalled and undamaged. Contact us for authorization and the U.S.-order return instructions before posting. The regional return addresses, exchange costs and refund deadlines are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

Any additional commercial warranty is identified for the relevant product and subject to its stated terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, text, graphics, layout, logos, product photographs, design and other content are owned by or licensed to TPPGpn or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, exploit, reverse engineer or create derivative works from store content without written permission except where applicable law permits.

9. Customer submissions and feedback

If you send feedback, questions, photographs, reviews or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or a third party’s rights. Do not submit confidential payment data, unlawful content, harmful code or content that is misleading, infringing, defamatory, abusive or otherwise inappropriate. We may use feedback to operate and improve our services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. This section does not take ownership of your personal information or override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Third-party services and links

The store uses or may link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment and delivery providers, and social-media services. Third parties are responsible for their own services, content, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link or use of a provider does not mean TPPGpn controls or endorses that third party. Review its terms and privacy notice before using it.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free store access, or that every product image, description or technical detail will be free from error. Product-specific rights and any express warranty stated by TPPGpn remain subject to their terms. This section does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TPPGpn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from use of the store or a purchase. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit an available statutory remedy.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TPPGpn and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This does not require indemnity where prohibited by law.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before commencing a formal claim, please contact info@tppgpn.com in good faith so we can try to resolve the concern. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase.

15. Changes, severability and communications

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively to store use and orders to the extent permitted by law; an order remains subject to the Terms in effect when it was placed unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum permitted extent and the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may communicate with you electronically using the contact details you provide about an order, policy or support matter.
