1. Prompt cancellation requests
You may request free cancellation within 12 hours after ordering by emailing info@tppgpn.com with your order number and a clear cancellation statement. Eligibility is based on when you send the request, including weekends and holidays, not when support replies. We confirm cancellation and arrange a full refund to the original payment method.
2. After the first 12 hours
Contact us promptly. We will check whether preparation or dispatch can still be stopped. Our operational ability to stop a shipment is separate from your statutory rights.
3. EU and UK withdrawal rights
For eligible EU and UK online purchases, the 12-hour service window and dispatch status do not remove the statutory right to withdraw. You may give a clear withdrawal notice before delivery or within 14 days after receiving the goods. Our approval is not required for a valid notice. Follow the regional Return & Refund Policy for return instructions, applicable costs, the optional model cancellation form and statutory refund deadlines.
4. U.S. orders after dispatch
For U.S. orders, the commercial pre-dispatch cancellation service ends at dispatch. Eligible delivered goods may be returned under our U.S. commercial return policy. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
5. Order changes and merchant cancellations
Contact us immediately to request an address or order change. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact the checkout email address. If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
