1. Two-year limited warranty
TPPGpn provides a two-year limited warranty from the delivery date against verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the product originally purchased from TPPGpn and does not reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. What a covered claim may receive
After review of a covered defect, TPPGpn may provide repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy. The remedy depends on the nature of the issue, the product’s condition, product availability and applicable law. A replacement may not be identical where the original model is unavailable; we will communicate the available option before proceeding.
3. How to make a claim
Contact info@tppgpn.com with the order number or proof of purchase, checkout email address, a clear description of the issue, and clear photographs or video. Include photos of the product label, affected area and installation context where relevant. We may request further information needed to assess the claim. Please do not dismantle, alter or return the item until we provide instructions.
4. Return shipping for confirmed defects
If we confirm that a manufacturing defect is covered by this limited warranty and request that the faulty item be returned, TPPGpn will provide return instructions and cover reasonable authorized return shipping. Do not send a collect-on-delivery parcel or use a return method that has not been authorized.
5. What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear; cosmetic changes that do not affect performance; accidental damage; misuse; improper storage; alteration or repair by an unauthorized person; improper, unqualified or unsafe installation; use with incompatible electrical components; failure to follow supplied instructions; or failure to comply with applicable local electrical and building requirements. It also does not cover indirect costs such as removal, installation, labour, access or project-delay costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Product safety and installation
Read all supplied product instructions before installation or use. Confirm product dimensions, voltage, bulb type, dimmer compatibility and installation requirements from the product information and supplied instructions before purchase and installation. Do not assume a product is certified, dimmable, or compatible with a particular bulb, dimmer, voltage or electrical system unless that information is expressly confirmed for the specific product. Where professional installation is required or recommended, use a qualified electrician and comply with applicable local electrical codes.
Stop using the product and contact us if you observe damage, overheating, smoke, unusual odour, exposed wiring or another safety concern. Do not attempt an unsafe repair. Product images and general website information do not replace qualified electrical, construction or safety advice.
