This Privacy Policy describes how DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED (達岸飾品有限公司), trading as TPPGpn (“TPPGpn”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or use tppgpn.com, make a purchase, contact us, subscribe to marketing, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal information we process about customers, prospective customers and website visitors. It does not govern third-party sites, services or applications that have their own privacy notices, including payment-provider, social-media or delivery-provider services. Please review the notice of the relevant third party before providing information to it.

3. Personal information we may collect

Information you provide directly

When you place an order, contact us, request a return or warranty review, or subscribe to communications, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details, messages, photographs or video you choose to send, and other information needed to respond to the request. We may retain a record of customer-support communications and the resolution of an order, return, damage or warranty issue.

Order and transaction information

We process information about products viewed, added to cart, purchased, returned or considered; order number; payment status; shipping method; delivery address; fulfilment and tracking status where available; and return or warranty history. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment methods shown there. TPPGpn does not receive or store full payment-card numbers, card security codes or full payment credentials.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we or providers supporting the Services may collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location inferred from IP address, date/time of access, cookie identifiers and similar online identifiers. This information helps operate, secure and understand the store.

Information from service providers and other sources

We may receive limited information from Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment and delivery providers, customer-support providers, and the analytics, measurement and email-service providers described below. This can include order status, delivery events, payment authorization status, fraud-prevention signals, campaign interactions and information necessary to provide or measure the relevant service.

4. How and why we use personal information

We may use personal information to operate and maintain the store; create and manage an order; obtain payment authorization; arrange fulfilment, dispatch and delivery; provide order updates; answer product, shipping, return, warranty and support requests; protect customers, our store and service providers from fraud, misuse and security incidents; troubleshoot and improve Services; maintain business records; comply with accounting, tax, legal and regulatory requirements; establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and, where permitted, send marketing communications or measure their performance.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: the need to perform or prepare a transaction requested by you; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Services; your consent; or another basis permitted by applicable law.

5. How we disclose personal information and the services we use

We disclose information as reasonably necessary to operate the store, fulfil purchases, support customers and carry out the purposes described in this Policy. Recipients include Shopify and checkout/payment providers; fulfilment and delivery providers; support-service providers; and professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal compliance, a valid legal process, protection of rights or a business transaction permitted by law.

• Shopify: our store, cart, checkout, customer-account features and newsletter subscription form run on Shopify. Shopify supplies operational, security, analytics and marketing technologies. Shopify services may process contact and order details, device and browser information, cookie identifiers and interactions with the store. • Google & YouTube: our store has the Google & YouTube integration and a Google tag configured for page-view, product-view and purchase measurement. This supports understanding store activity and measuring Google-connected commerce activity. Depending on the interaction, configuration and applicable choices, Google technologies may process page and event details, device/browser information, online identifiers and transaction-event information. • Shopify Messaging: our store has Shopify Messaging installed to support email communications. Our newsletter form collects the email address submitted for subscriptions. Email processing can involve subscriber details, subscription preferences, message delivery and, where used, engagement information. The presence of this tool does not mean that every visitor is subscribed or receives a marketing message.
• Form security: Shopify storefront forms include hCaptcha protection to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Security checks may process browser, device, network and interaction information. See hCaptcha's Privacy Policy.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Disclosures involving online identifiers and measurement or marketing technologies may nevertheless fall within definitions of “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, even without a monetary payment. Privacy requests concerning these activities can be sent to us as explained below.

6. Cookies, pixels and your choices

Cookies and similar technologies support essential shopping and security functions, preferences, store analytics and marketing measurement. Pixels can transmit events rather than simply store a file on your device. Our Cookies Policy explains the technologies identified on the store and the controls available to you.

You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies and limit some tracking. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent account, cart or checkout features from working. Browser settings do not necessarily stop every pixel or other form of data processing, and clearing cookies or changing devices may require you to apply your choices again.

You can also review Shopify's Privacy Portal and Google My Ad Center for choices offered by those providers. Provider controls apply to the relevant provider and do not replace a request to TPPGpn. A manual email request is not a real-time browser tracking control.

7. Email subscriptions and marketing communications

Our newsletter offers lighting arrivals, room inspiration and occasional subscriber offers. You can subscribe through the store's newsletter form. Review any marketing choice displayed during account sign-in or checkout before continuing; a purchase or account-related message is separate from a promotional subscription.

Where permitted, we may send promotional email to subscribers. You can withdraw from promotional email using the unsubscribe link in a marketing message or by emailing info@tppgpn.com from the subscribed address. We may retain a suppression record to help respect that choice. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary order, delivery, return, warranty, security or other non-promotional service messages.

Do not send payment-card details or passwords with a privacy or unsubscribe request. Email-marketing preferences do not by themselves change cookies, Google-related processing or other browser privacy choices.

8. International processing

TPPGpn is operated from Hong Kong and currently ships to delivery addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). Personal information may be processed in Hong Kong, the United States and other locations where Shopify or our service providers operate. The data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those where you live. When required, we take steps intended to support an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfilment, customer service, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, warranty and dispute-resolution requirements. The retention period depends on the information, why it was collected, the nature of the transaction and legal obligations. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal information we process. No website, transmission, storage system or service provider can guarantee absolute security. You should use a secure connection, protect account credentials and never send payment-card numbers, security codes or passwords by email, phone or social media.

11. Your privacy rights and how to exercise them

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain processing of personal information; to receive a portable copy of certain information; to object to or opt out of certain processing; and to opt out of marketing and, where applicable, the sale or sharing of personal information or processing for targeted advertising. To submit a request, email info@tppgpn.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough information for us to identify the request and verify your identity.

We may ask for information needed to verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law. We may be unable to fulfil a request where a legal exception applies, where completing the request would adversely affect another person’s rights, or where we cannot reasonably verify identity. If an authorized agent submits a request where law permits, we may require proof of authorization and verification of the individual.

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision on your request, reply to our response or email us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will review and respond under the applicable requirements. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children and are intended for people who can lawfully enter into a purchase transaction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, Services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update is subject to the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
