Product and destination availability is shown at checkout. The regional terms below apply where the selected product is offered for delivery to that destination.

1. Delivery destinations

Product availability varies by destination. Eligible blankets and canvas wall art form our EU/UK collection. Our regional delivery terms cover the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.), the United Kingdom, and all 27 European Union member states, subject to product and destination availability at checkout. Delivery times differ by region as explained below.

The EU destinations are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For the United States, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or outlying islands, APO/FPO/DPO military or diplomatic addresses, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands or Palau.

2. European Union and United Kingdom delivery

Standard Shipping is free with no minimum order value. Estimated delivery is 4–7 calendar days from placing your order. This total includes 1–2 days for order processing and 3–5 days in transit. UK orders ship from the United Kingdom; EU orders ship from Italy. We process and deliver orders on weekends and public holidays as well as weekdays. The estimate is measured from ordering, not an additional seven days after dispatch.

If a material delay arises, we will contact you with the revised estimate and explain the available options. Mandatory rights concerning delivery and cancellation remain unaffected.

For EU and UK orders, the daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles), observing daylight saving time. Both regions use this same cutoff. The stated total delivery estimate is measured from placing the order.

3. Contiguous United States delivery

Standard Shipping is free for supported addresses in the contiguous United States. Lighting orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. Made-to-order canvas wall art is fulfilled by our production partners. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit of 5–7 business days. The normal total estimate is 6–9 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing estimate, we will contact you with an updated estimate. Before dispatch, you may accept that estimate or request cancellation of the affected order for a full refund.

4. Taxes, duties and total price

For accepted orders to our supported U.S., EU and UK destinations, applicable taxes, including VAT where applicable, import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges are included in the displayed product price or covered by TPPGpn. We do not add these charges, standard shipping, handling or other mandatory merchant fees above the displayed product prices at checkout or delivery. Valid discounts reduce the payable price.

If checkout unexpectedly adds a mandatory charge above the displayed product prices, contact info@tppgpn.com before completing payment. If a carrier requests import duties, taxes or customs-clearance charges, send us your order number and the notice so we can arrange settlement. If you have already paid, send the receipt for verification and reimbursement. These charges will not be passed on to you.

This pricing policy does not mean that the goods or our business are exempt from tax. TPPGpn remains responsible for its applicable tax and customs obligations. Currency conversion or other charges independently imposed by your bank or payment provider are not collected by TPPGpn.

5. Tracking and delivery information

When tracking is available, we send it to the checkout email address after dispatch. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear. Please provide a complete and accurate supported delivery address and review it before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed once dispatch has begun.

6. Delivery problems and returns

If an item arrives wrong, damaged or incomplete, retain the product and packaging and contact us with the order number and relevant photographs. TPPGpn covers reasonable required return costs for its errors and damaged or defective goods as applicable. We arrange merchant-paid shipping directly where required under our return policy.

Free outbound delivery does not include free change-of-mind return postage or free customer-requested exchange shipments.
