Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the TPPGpn website and purchases made through it. TPPGpn is operated by DAAN FASHION JEWELRY CO., LIMITED (達岸飾品有限公司), Hong Kong Company No. 3120723. You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with it, misuse its content, submit false information or attempt unauthorised access. Where permitted by law, we may refuse service or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, product unavailability or a breach of these Terms.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we dispatch the product or otherwise confirm acceptance. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard Shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free, and applicable import duties and taxes are included in the product price. We aim for accurate descriptions, but colours and finishes can vary by display and natural materials can vary reasonably. Confirm dimensions, voltage, bulb, dimmer and installation compatibility before purchase.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Before commencing a formal claim, please contact us in good faith so we can try to resolve the concern. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase.
