Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders normally take 2–3 business days to process. After dispatch from Hong Kong, free Standard Shipping is estimated at 20–30 business days.

Are duties and taxes included?

Yes. Applicable import duties and taxes for U.S. delivery are included in the product price; customers should not be asked to pay additional import duty or tax at delivery.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused and undamaged items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Correct and undamaged returns are shipped back at the customer’s cost; TPPGpn covers reasonable return shipping for wrong or damaged items after review.

What warranty do you provide?

We provide a two-year limited warranty for verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered defect is confirmed and return is required, TPPGpn covers reasonable return shipping.
