Two-Year Limited Warranty
TPPGpn provides a two-year limited warranty from delivery against verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered issue is confirmed, we may provide repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law and product availability.
Warranty claim and return shipping
To make a claim, email info@tppgpn.com with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may request further information. When we confirm that a defect is covered by this limited warranty and request return of the faulty item, TPPGpn will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, misuse, accidental damage, improper or unqualified installation, alteration, use with incompatible electrical components, or failure to follow product instructions and applicable electrical codes. This limited warranty does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Electrical safety
Use lighting products only as instructed. Confirm dimensions, voltage, bulb, dimmer and installation compatibility before purchase and installation. Where professional installation is required or recommended, use a qualified electrician and comply with applicable local electrical codes. Do not rely on an unverified claim that a product is certified, dimmable or compatible with a particular bulb, dimmer, voltage or electrical system.
